1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing products from s7even studio, a brand operated by 43Web Media Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product(s) subject to the following:

Single-site licence: You may use the product on one (1) website or project unless a multi-site licence is explicitly purchased.
Personal and commercial use: You may use our products in personal and commercial projects.
No resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence the products in whole or in part.
No redistribution: You may not share, transfer, or make the product files available to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All products sold on s7even studio remain the intellectual property of s7even studio. The licence granted does not transfer ownership of the source code, design assets, or any associated intellectual property. You receive a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products to:

Create competing products, marketplaces, or template libraries
Develop products that are deceptive, harmful, or illegal
Remove or alter copyright notices, licence comments, or attributions embedded in the code
Use in spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing platforms
Resell modified or unmodified versions of our products

5. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally by email after successful payment confirmation from Stripe. Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your link doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference and we'll resend it. s7even studio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or overly aggressive spam filters.

6. Updates and Support

All products include lifetime updates for bug fixes and compatibility improvements. Support is provided via email at [email protected] with a response time of within 24 hours on business days. Bundle purchasers receive priority support with a same-business-day response time.

7. Limitation of Liability

s7even studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, meet your specific requirements, or be compatible with every platform, framework, or configuration.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms. s7even studio does not store your card details at any point.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
