We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If a product isn't working for you, email us within 30 days and we'll sort out a refund — no lengthy process.

For bundle purchases, we may offer partial refunds if you are dissatisfied with specific components of a bundle but have actively used others. This is assessed case by case at our discretion.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method in USD. Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account. Stripe processes all payments and refunds on our behalf.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees for both parties. We will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly through our refund process.
